Assuming you're talking about square feet, the answer is yes: it's barely enough for a couple to live in. Don't worry: the first apartment of newly weds are always too small or too dark too something. If the price's right, go for it.

NO WAY!! :)
I live on Maui and 750 is considered a mansion...hahaha!
I come from Texas where your dollar goes much further in living expenses, primarily rent and mortgage. I moved to Maui 3 years ago and have been so cramped. Thankfully my mind is changing and I live in 750 square feet which makes me feel like I have a lot or room. Just island life...everything is small from condos to parking stalls, even the dang steps...hahahah!
What we do here is utilize the lanai (porch) as outside living space. Of course, Hawaiian weather allows for that. Try a tarp for enclosing your lanai and you've just gained a couple more hundred sq ft.

It is small, but alot depends on how many bedrooms you need...and how many the condo has. If you only have 1 bedroom then the other rooms would probably be decent in size. As to what will fit - that depends largely on the layout as well as size. Can you get a layout of this place? Compare the measurements to where you are now and you will get a good idea. Good Luck! I hate moving........

My wife and I lived in a ~750 Sq. Ft. condo. two bedrooms (second was small), two baths, galley kitchen and a decent living room with dining nook. It was fine for two people. Now we live in a 2100 sq FT house and have a baby too.

small but cozy
you just need to buy smaller scale furniture items and learn to organize it
I live alone in a 590 sq ft condo and it looks wonderful , when I have a guest over its still comfortable

I would say yes but that depends on how much stuff you have... If you don't have much stuff then you'd be ok,It'll still be small... I live with my husband and we live in a 1,150 sq. ft. Town House and I think it's very small... But we have a load of stuff... You should go look at it and determine if all your stuff will fit...

It's a bit small. If you plan on having children, I would go for something bigger.
If it's just you two, this this could work.
