I missed the first few episodes from this season, and I didn't see what happened that made her overdose or how she lost her job. Details would be appreciated!

If she didn't OD, why is she in what looks like a drug addiction program?

she lost-ed her job because she admitted she left the door open and she OD with morphine that she got from her office

When she left open the door for Michael and the others to escape she OD. Then they found her in her home that way and she admitted what she had done.

She left a prison door open and someone told on her ,she had the last one in the room where the door was.

Because her father ( the governor) wouldn't help her, she felt compelled to him by leaving the door to the nurse's open so that he could escape through the vents.
