Oh huney I feel for you. I am assuming you are a teenage girl and, I hate to tell you this, but these things just happen. I have a teenage daughter who also gets like this a lot. It's just hormones I'm afraid and all us women go through it. I still want to burst into tears for no reason sometimes. Lock yourself in your room and have a good sob and then a good sleep. You will feel loads better tomorrw. I promise you will. Everyone I know who gets like this (which is every female I know) all say that they have a good sob, a good sleep and then are fine in the monring.

well maybe you think you are Happy. You try to fake being happy so that no one will know that really inside yoou are sad and lonely and all you want is a friend a boy friend or something like that. Maybe you should call the teen help line

Way down deep in your "heart" so to speak, there is a memory of a very innocent child, and how that child had to develop a mask to protect her as she relates to the world. When you experience a sense of happiness that is really honest and congruent, it touches that child within, and the sadness of not being able to be fully honest pops to the surface.... without the memory. Just the sadness comes to the surface.

I get the same thing , haven't been diagnosed but I think we may have manic depression characterised by extreme lows and highs for no apparent reason . Look up the symptoms and see if you might fit the bill.Good luck.

Our emotions fluctuate up and down at times. It might be that it is near your time for your period.
Also you just might be a sensitive person and things just affect you a little more than others.Nothing wrong with that. Just shows that you have a caring compassionate nature that's all.

Could be hormones. It could also be a more serious psychological condition. You should consider talking to a professional and having yourself evaluated to make sure you are okay.

no disrespect meant, but it's probably that time of the month. Don't worry about it, especially at this stage, and don't get sucked into thinking you have some deep psychological condition until it gets more serious.

Hormones. You might need to release some stress. Find a quiet place and have your cry.
