perhaps you are not asking how to copy and paste the address but how to always have the URL displayed on your page, you can use Javascript to do this, or if you have a scripting language you can do that too.

Just go to the page your wanting to copy, and go up into the address bar at the top of the page and left click your mouse. The area will darken then right click your mouse and select copy. (You then have the URL address copied) Go to the area you want to paste the link you just copied, right click your mouse again and select paste, press enter, and go past the address you have pasted, and it will automatically make the link to that same page.
