I have a triangle with right angle of 90 degrees-left vertical side 60 feet. The lower level right angle plane is 50 feet. It is a 90 degree angle from the vertical plane to the lower line.

hypotenuse=rt(50^2+60^2)
=rt(2500+3600)=10rt61

In a right triangle, you can always use the Pythagoras theorem to calculate the sides.
Suppose the triangle you have is ABC which has the right angle at vertex B.
Then, side AC will be the hypotenuse (thats the side lying opposite to the right angle vertex. Its the longest in a right angled triangle.)
The left vertical side in your question is 60 feet
Lower level plane(base) = 50 feet.
Now, according to Pythagoras theorem,which is applied to lengths of sides of a right angled triangle,
(hypotenuse)^2 = (base)^2 + (vertical)^2
you have the base and the vertical sides' lengths..
Substituting,
hypotenuse^2 = 50^2 + 60^2
= 2500 + 3600
= 6100
therefore, the third side of the triangle = sqrt(6100)
=78.1024968 feet

Not possible-- the hypotenuse (50 ft) must exceed the length of both legs, one of which you state is 60ft.
