Not the usual shows like Lost, 24, or Desperate Housewives. I want to find a good TV series to watch on DVD box set. I use Blockbuster online, so I want to catch up on some good shows I may have missed the first time around. Right now I'm on disc 2 of the "Freaks & Geeks" set. Any suggestions?

I would suggest the HBO/BBC series "Rome" It is a fantastic TV series that takes place from the end of Julius Caesar's campaigns in Gaul to his death in the Roman Senate. Sexy, horrid, vulgar, passionate. This show has it all!

Any of the HBO series, SIx Feet Under and Oz are 2 of my all time favorite shows! Rescue Me (FX) is my next runner up and I know that at least the first season is out on DVD. House is great too (I had no idea it was on DVD). Depends on what kind of TV you like. You can get almost any show form the begining of TV time in a box set season for season now a days.

Have you ever heard of "The Pretender"? It's a show about a boy that is kidnapped grows up in "The Centre" After he grows up he escapes & begins helping people. Very good series. All four (4) seasons are out on dvd. Came out in years (1996-2000)
Or you could try "Murder She Wrote" That one is out on dvd right now. It's about an older lady that is a murder mistery writer. Somehow she always finds a way to solve it before the cops do. This one came out in the early (1980s)

The Sopranoes, Carnival, Six Feet Under... I used Blockbuster online and have watched all of them. I love HBO shows.

Grey's Anatomy and if you like pilots turned lawyers, I'd go for JAG. Season 1 is out right now and Season 2 is out in about 9 weeks..give or take.

Vive la emoción de ver una buena película en tu propia casa comprándolas en internet. No es nada mas relajante que ver una buena película en casa, he comprado muchas DVD-s con películas interesante en amazon, la última adquisición ha sido una película para niños, le ha gustado tanto a mi hija la película y la calidad del sonido y del video que he vuelto para comprar mas como regalo porque las cosas buenas tienes que compartir.
