My husband would like a racing game that allows MOST IMPORTANTLY, almost free range of tracks, customizable cars and fun of course. What PS2 game do you recommend? I'm a Nintendo lover and just got him a PS2 because it has more racing and action games in it, and I have no clue what games to get? Thanks in advance!

Try Gran Turismo 4. I love it. A huge variety of cars that are infinitely customizable, good solid track selection, including snow and dirt tracks, a really good sound track, and a wonderful variety of racing experiences (Endurance, Challenge, Etc)

midnight club 3. I have it and you can customize, get all types of cars (exotics, muscle, luxury and tuner cars) along with choppers. You get to race against different club members, in tournaments and win different cars. Its cool.
