Maytag. I have owned a Roper, Whirlpool, and Fridgidaire and the Maytag stuff is still with me after 11 years on my washer and 9 years on the dryer, the other stuff lasted around 5 years and bam gone.
I have had 2 refrigerators and one was a whirlpool the other a maytag. Love that maytag, it is solid and has not even offered to sweat on the outside cabinet like th whirlpool did . it is cheaper and quieter too. so like wise with dishwasher and stove. can't beat a maytag. they cost a little more up front but the warranties and just plain good product will show you it is better to spend more now and not worry for years or go cheap now and worry and spend more in five years

there is an off kind observed as Roper. it is easily made by potential of Whirlpool. The washing device and dryer are the two super means and fee around $4 hundred for the pair. they are very solid. i've got had a set for around 7 years without issues, and my sister purely offered a set.

I don't have a web address but you might want to look into Consumer Reports. They test all sorts of things and rate them in various categories.
Personally, I have been satisfied with my Maytag appliances. I'm sure you can find someone with a bad experience and the brand isn't cheap but I'm satisfied (SO FAR).

Kenmore from Sears..my whole family has always had that brand and we hardly ever have probs and when we do Sears is always there to repair plus you can find parts for them easily. Good ole Kenmore.
