By his comments made at the UN today, he is no more educated than a typical illegal immigrant in this country. How can his countrymen respect him for speaking so stupidly and sounding so uneducated?

Dude, you can't prove a point by maligning someone else. We can't assume all illegals are stupid, therefore we can't assume that Chavez sounds like a "typical illegal immigrant". We can say that he sounds like a "stupid illegal immigrant". That would be alright.
Look, this guy's been going to Iran and acting buddy-buddy. Lets see, what could they have in common? Could it be Oil? Yes it could!! Obviously, Chavez is trying to ride the coat-tails of the Arabs so he can ally himself with their cartel. And you though all South America was good for was drugs!!!

my best friend was in Venezuela in early 2000's, serving in the U.S. military when Bush tried to conspire a coup. My friend's job was to throw oranges out of a chopper at the civilians that were in favor of the president, because they evidently didn't leave bruises. I have seen the pictures, although he will not publish on-line for fear of his military career. Later Bush apologized and tried to justify that the coup was not because of oil.

Maybe Chavez is still pissed about that??

How can we respect Bush when he speaks so stupid, uneducated and just plain ignorant? He can't pronounce most words that come out of his mouth and English is suppose to be his first language.

It's like a little mouse nipping at the toe of a big ugly sleeping cat. Everyone admires the mouse for having the nerve to tease something many many times stronger.
Chavez imagines himself as much more important than he is because he can insult someone a thousand times stronger than he is. The reason he speaks stupidly is because it comes natural with him. He is stupid.
The power of any country is in the people. If the person at the top is an embarrasement to the country, it's up to the people to make the change. If the people, the ordinary citizen, the police, the armed forces, all want change, nothing can stop them.

He's an idiot alright. But he got to power some how which just makes him a crafty idiot. I think respect is something that is earned here and forced elsewhere. I'm sure his countrymen wouldn't be allowed to disrespect him even if they wanted to.

Also the news keeps saying we are hated in every country in the world..........that being true his countrymen may agree with what he says. Who cares anyway, Venezuela isn't much of our worries right now and neither is their leading moron. We have bigger fish to fry.

Like GOP and Malkin-form assaults against the media for being severe of Bush? Conservatives and the Bush cult are not precisely friendly to opposition media or opposition something so cut back out the phony indignation over what Chavez has executed. in case you all could harm out with it, all we could pay attention approximately could be "all the reliable issues that have happened in Iraq." And China? fats American capitalists love China because of the fact they are in a position to farm out for chinese language hard paintings that comes greater low-value than American workers.

I have found that many "illegal" immigrants are quite well spoken and very intelligent. As for your comments about Chavez, the same could be said about Bush.
