Purchased a Intrepid backpack a month ago and the bottom is split out. I would like a contact for Intrepid.?

Contact for Intrepid Backpacks (e-mail, phone number, etc.). I feel that a backpack for a 2nd grader should last at least 6 months. They do not carry that many books for the bottom to split out within 30 to 45 day of purchase. Thanks.
