ThoroSeal. You also need to determine why water is coming in. If its a broken drain pipe at your foundation you'll need to get that fixed as well.

A leaking basement wall should dogged off the foundation and see where is leaking then use tare or cement to fix. Other thing can only help one or 2 years. Silicon fill is the best.

I spek from experience, NOTHING that you put on the inside wall will stop water for long. The answer is to dig and seal the outside wall(Very expensive). As a stop-gap, make sure the wall is dry inside before applying

Yes but you may still need to trench and divert the water away from the house.Call a professional, get information and suggestions.Listen carefully.Take notes.Ask questions. Then decide if you want to do it yourself with the info. you have gathered or get more estimates and get someone to do it for you. Call them on the phone and ask. There are quite a few that claim to be able to do that.
Get a brand name or you will still have a leak
and be out some bucks.
