The common opinion is sweaty, indeed very true but also very funny. I have all his stand up, must admit unlike a lot of the other comedians I like ie Billy Connelly, and Jack Dee, Dylan Moran etc who are more observational, Evans I find is more quickfire, and while his jokes may not always hit the mark his mannerisms and performance of the joke makes it all the funnier. I would put him up there as our version of Robin Williams, who is hairy and sweaty on stage.

Hi! I like him in films, and I think he is highly underrated in this genre.
However, I'm not too keen on his standup. I always feel very uncomfortable when I'm watching him.
He obviously works incredibly hard - see how much he sweats!!
I'm happy to see him succeeding, as long as it's in a film!!

He is the best comedian..........I have seen him doing standup live. And yes I nearly wet myself.
And he was absolutly fantastic in The Producers.
The list is endless....have you seen The martins, or mousetrap. He is THE BEST

I think he is very funny, except when he is having a go at people that are overweight, he is lucky he is so skinny, but making fun of people who aren't is just rude. I by the way am not overweight!!

I am sorry, but I do not find him in the least funny. I think he is cheap, imitative of Norman Wisdom and only 1 percent as funny. I refuse to watch more than half a second of your suggested video. The name 'Shithead in Scotland' is very appropriate to him............
