What is the concentration of the living things, fishes and all organiic susbtances in the sea vs the sea water? Are we able to reduce the sea level by removing all these living things in it?

How much could we reduce?

Of course, it's called displacement. Take a glass of water and put a golf ball in it. If you remove that golf ball the water level will be lower. Same thing.

Technically yes it would, since they take up volume. But why would you want to?

How much of the volume? Not much. The volume of life underwater is enormous, but the volume of the water itself strains comprehension. If you're looking for an actual percent, you'll have to look for population stats for every major family of animal, size of each animal, etc., much of which will be guesses b/c there is so much of the ocean that we don't understand.

If you're trying to counteract the rise in sea level we're getting from global warming, a better way to attack the problem might be to find a way to re-freeze the polar caps and glaciers. There's talk (mostly in sci-fi circles) of terraforming other planets - making them more earth-like so we could live there unprotected. Some of the ideas are very simple, like dropping carbon dust on Mars' polar caps to melt them faster. Perhaps by studying that field you could figure out a technology we could apply to Earth to solve our problem.

Yes. The reduction in sea level will come about because of displacement caused by the maritime creatures is no longer existent.

Well, since the laws of dispalcement say that the level of the liquid is raised by tthe volume of whatever is in it, then technically, yes it would be possible.
