NICE is caring about other people's feelings, and not being a d*ck... that's my idea...
if you don't say things cause of how it may make someone feel, than your nice.

When you say NICE I'm assuming you mean the city.
I think it's a cool place ,I've never actually been there but it's there in the Driver 3 game so from what i can tell it's an intresting place.
You should check out the game, the animators actually walked through the streets of Nice with a comp, so it's pretty accurate.
