I think Chavez would of said what he believe in ,regardless, it is not China trying to impose itself on the middle east and eslsewhere ,but it will too if given the opportunity! Chavez is standing up for the Latin America that us Hispanics know, but that most other people visit as tourists, therefore the experience is not the same! We are entering a new era of the Natives of the new world are standing up and being counted! The word that comes to mind is ;respect . ;for all involved in this mess.

Hugo Chavez has bad-mouthed other national leaders. We in the USA just don't here about it on American news. You need to watch news from other countries to get a better over view.

I am Venezuelan and in the last few months he is really freaking me out with all the speeches he makes, and don't think that no one here wants to kill him, I can think about few here that will do it gladly.
