What the heck is going with all of the local tracks in Maine, and New Hampshire? Lots of them are dropping touring divisions like crazy. The Oxford 250 will be run with different cars next year. Then there's the mess with Caanan. First they give a lease out, then renege on that. Personally, I have always felt that NASCAR doesn't belong a part of short track racing. Does anyone have any answers/input on this subject?

Lots of the tours are not running short tracks around here much any more, for one reason or another. Such a shame too. The two local tracks near where I live have done away with the pro stock divisions because of declining numbers of racers showing up each week. I haven't yet been down south for races there yet, or to NB. Although I do hear there's some really good racing in both places. I have been wanting to visit Sanair(I believe it is), just outside of Montreal. Some big races to be seen there as well. Thank you both for responding.

I'm not sure what is going on up north, but the story isn't very different around the Carolinas. I don't think the problem is as bad, though. Some tracks keep adding and shutting down divisions every year or just changing the rules to make current cars obsolete. Not every track is this bad. I tried to go short track racing for a few years. I haven't given up, but I am drag racing now. If Nascar doesn't get it's act together, short track racing will get worse and worse. I can take my drag car anywhere in America and compete. Short track racing needs to go in that direction.

I agree with ncjay08. What's needed is track to track equipment compatibility and season to season consistency. I live in New Brunswick, and our sportsman cars are different from just over the bridge in PEI. A guy from Maine or NB should be able to take his car south in the winter and race, but he's lucky if he can race at the track just down the road. In any case, I enjoy the PASS tour when it comes up my way.

Nascar does it simply by fact wecontinual on the left part so left turns provide bettter sight strains, Nascar replaced into born out of southern whiskey runners who drove on back roads and hi procedures, left, impressive paved . dirt , airborne dirt and mud, at night with no longer lighting fixtures. the wonderful RACES ARE the line classes like Watkins Glen, I desire they could bypass to street u . s . a . of america and Atlanta international. BTW Horse races in Britain are run clockwise. short music in music is rapidly.
