The foliage "hotline" for Michigan is 1-800-644-3255 and website: weathermichigan.com/fallfoliage.htm. The prettiest place in Michigan from what is hear is Mackinaw City and Island. Get up there if you can.

Usually the best times for viewing fall colors in MI. is in Late Sept.-Middle of Oct. You can also go to Michigan TV stations and usually under the weather link you will find 1 for peak fall colors.
