If your a Christian calling for someones assassination, that kind of thought should not be on your mind, It's hard for me to believe he said that, but I no he did. I also think he needs to go, but that is up to his country and his people, it is not up to pat or our government. Chavez is aliening himself with some pretty unstable people and it's bad for his country and it also shows he is also unstable, and it will lead to trouble for his country. He is really desperate to be important, and a world leader.

Robertson is still senile. He was wrong when he made that statement about taking out Chavez and he would be wrong if he said it again today. You give Robertson and Chavez more credit than they deserve.

Advocating the assassination of a democratically elected leader is morally wrong no matter how much one may disagree with that person. Such advocacy drags the image of the U.S. down to the level of the terrorists and thugs that we loathe. It is also opposite of the Christian teachings Robertson claims to represent.

Every time he opens his mouth he gets in trouble. I don't care for him myself, but Chavez is a dangerous man. I just did a search about him and found out some pretty unsettling things. I believe he controls our oil prices.

It's people like Robertson that cause more problems than their worth. A guy who calls for the assassination of anybody is a "Christian" not a Christian, meaning he calls himself one but he isn't one.

When Pat is important enough to make a speech at the UN, maybe then we'll talk about him more. Until then, he's just another televangelist and nothing more.
