Go to http://www.mlb4u.com/ and click on "Teams", then on "Player Contracts" for each team. Unlike the the USA Today database, it also includes length of contract and some (though not all) of the other contract provisions, such as bonuses, and no-trade clauses. It's not definitive, but it's better than most other sites I've seen.

If you are looking for the actual contracts (salary, incentive clauses, performance payments, etc.) you would have to work in baseball to gain access to that kind of information.

USA Today is good (or ESPN) for just the salary portion...but unless you work for a MLB Organization, you cannot access the full player contract.

I believe forbes.com has salaries listed, or ESPN.com will do the same.
