I broke my foot four years ago. Over the past few months it has begun to stiffen on certain days. At times it is very difficult to walk. I am wondering if previously broken bones have a greater risk of arthritis?

I'm not a doctor, but I can tell you from my experience that yes, you could. I broke my fingers on one hand in a fight about 15 years ago. now I have arthritis in that hand so bad it hurts to bend it. I live off of aleve. food for thought anyhow.

Anybody that breaks a bone, no matter where, has a 'greater chance of developing arthritis later in life!

Only your Doctor can tell you for sure! Have it checked it out! You should not be having the swelling after '4' years!

You could have developed other problems!

It is time for a check -up with your Doctor or a 'Podiatrist'!

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.

If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.

Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.

And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.

I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.

It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.

Today, I want to do the same for you!
