I would wear navy blue shoes or match your shoe color to what ever else you are wearing with the navy. If I wear navy pants and a red shirt, I could wear red shoes.

I would wear black or navy blue because then the out fit will go together instead of your shoes being the main focus in the outfit.

it depends on what else you are wearing. Go with the nautical theme and wear red or white. Black always looks great if you want to stay neutral.

no dont wear black wear a bright color. like red... thats really good.white or yellow thats wot i wear. dont mix it with any browns or blacks or even plums and purples .there too dark and when you wear navy you should wear anotha color too a bright one...
