Take a nice hot bath, grab a good book, a warm blanket and a box of bon-bons. Then curl up on the couch and either watch an old black and white movie or read your good book....
That's what I would do today if I didn't have 3 two year old children.

get a mouse from the pet store, very cheap and hours of entertainment, or a goldfish. you would be surprised how unpredictable a live little creature can be.
