I think he'd better be careful what he says. He'll probably piss the devil off by comparing him to an idiot like Bush.
I'm apolitical. But the devil probably has much more integrity and truthfulness than Bush. After all, the devil is a former angel and Bush is the son of George Herbert Bush.
Left and right both have unscrupulous politicians. I don't know much about Chavez, but I know more than I can be comfortable with about Bush.

He was a little too nice: Bush isn't smart enough to be the devil.
To Serenity:
Actually, the devil has existed in different cultures since way before Christianity and the advent of Christ for that matter. For example, The Zoroastrians (Ancient Persian religion that started out some 3000-4000 years ago) believed in the forces of light (God) and darkness (The Devil) and the Apocalypse way before Christians did. Heck, Judaism also had these concepts before Christianity.

I don't think Mr. Bush is the devil. Where does Mr. Chevez come to the devil concept anyway when the devil is based on the Christian religion and Mr. Chevez is not a Christian? How odd he would use a Western Religion to critic Mr. Bush.
Be that as it may, I do indeed believe Mr. Bush is a radical funamentalist Christian Terrorist. He is a war mongering, hate filled, power hungery, low intelligent, sick b*astard, who cares nothing for other human beings, is incapable of empathy, understanding, moderation, or any other trait which normal humans base humanity upon. I am sickened by his behavior and frightened by how he has created an entire continent to hate us. He cares nothing for the constitution he took an oath to uphold, disregarding its tenants at every turn, refuses to listen to any whom attempts to counsel him, in which it is thier job to do so, blindly following his self rightious personal agenda at the expense of all American's. I am a Rebublican and voted for him and live to regret it to my dying day.
If Bush continues to forgo all U.N tenants then yes the U.N should consider ousting us and moving the headquarters elsewhere. I sincerelly hope this does not happen, that we wake up in time to turn the tide and alter the dangerous course he has set the United States upon. We must, as a people, and as American Citizens band together to stop these beginning days of WWW3. Any whom lacks the vision to see our future if we continue on the course Bush has set us upon is simply to stubborn to allow themselves to view that future clearly. I am sickened and appolled by Mr. Bush and wish he would be impeached right now. Mr. Bush is a war criminal and flaunts the Geneva Conventions. He is worse than any dictator in the world today and thank God he can only serve two terms. If we were stuck with this man I believe I would relocate my family to Canada or elsewhere. I do not wish to be responsible for the ruination of this great country and any who vote for those who stand with Bush will regret it their entire lives.

The part about the UN is correct, it should be in Switzerland or some other neutral venue. The devil comment was just more over the top rhetoric from Chavez. He's like a spanish speaking huey long without any subtlety.

I agree with him 110%!! Thank God for leaders like Chavez. I absolutely adored his speech at the U.N. The entire student union erupted in cheers when he called that monkey in the white house 'a devil'. I would follow his advice and encourage everyone to read chomsky's book "Hegemony or Survival". He takes a very articulate S.H.I.T on American Foreign policy. U.S. ambassador to the U.N. John Bolton (a fine speciman of a paedophile) refused to comment - perhaps he felt really depressed when he realized he does work for the anti-christ.
TO ALL YOU BUSH SUPPORTERS: lay down the crack pipe and get with the program. The Democrats are the only ones who can rescue America's image overseas. this whole "you're either with us or with the terrorists" crap needs to be flushed down the toilet asap. I swear this administration treats the people like pre-school kids. Democracy? what democracy?? WAKE UP!

One needs to put oneself in his shoes and understand that the intervention of the United States in Latin America has brought drastic consequences , war, drugs , fraud , corrupt politics, and experiments, maybe you canot understand ,but those of us at the end of the stick can relate to this humilliation very well, in this new era ,the indegenous people have a right to not only their land and re-sourses but to speak up with out fear! As to calling president Busch the diablo, take it with a grain of salt, is all politics by the tops in world affairs ,where you and I are mere spectators! Saludos.

But seriously, this guy has a lot of influence in the opinion of latin american countries because a lot of latin american people tend to be idiots. Im latin american (not the idiot kind) and you have no idea what kind of BS one has to hear when living in this "countries" if you can call them that.
