My co-worker says that The Blue Man Group and DEVO have some of the same guys. I have been looking and can't find any correlation.

No, your friend is wrong. DEVO did pretend at one time to be a cheesy "Up With People" style band called DOVE. They would open some of their shows as DOVE and get booed off of stage.

The Blue Man Group was formed by Chris Wink, Matt Goldman and Phil Stanton. DEVO was Gerald Casale, Mark Mothersbaugh, and Bob Lewis.

There are other Blue Man permeatations as they sometimes hire out for the road shows, but it is doubtful.
