There's just 1 that REALLY bothers me.That's the one where they stopped the vote count BEFORE all the votes were counted in the 2000 Presidential election.This was justice Scalia's decision.In doing so, he usurped the constitution,& the rights of everyone in the United States of America.I don't care how long it would've taken, or who would have won,you respect the rights of those who voted.

Funny thing: Scalia and Dick Cheyney are hunting buddies,but he didn't get shot at.

As Justice Holmes said, "The Fourteenth Amendment does not enact Mr. Herbert Spencer's Social Statics."

There is much less content than structure in the Constitution. Substantive due process was wrong when it barred states from enacting minimum wage laws, and it's wrong now.
