What is the best method of booking airline tickets?
I hate having to go through 10 different websites, check for prices and such. And later on find out that the carriers main website has the best rates. Any advise please.

Hmmmm....., if u don't care to waste money, book without checking some more websites. I always check at least three or four. My first choice for international flights is:

And then I check the to see the airlines which haul to my destination. I compare that to the Seatac-Airlines and check the websites of this airlines. And I check my frequent flyer miles, if I can get a trip for free. 8-)

Sorry, but there's no one-click thing for the cheapest flight. I really wish, there is one.

i would always check with the airline site itself, as most time they are the best deals. (delta.com, aa.com, etc). sometimes i check there then one or two other places such as cheaptickets.com.
