My eyes were a bit irriated yesterday so my doctor suggested I but in tear eye drops. But I accidentely put more than I am suppose to my eyes. Could this cause further problems to my eyes?

If it happened just a couple of times it shouldn't really affect your eyes as long as your not allergic to any of the ingredients, but if your really concerned about it You should ask your doctor.

not usually if it is a prescribed drop. but if it is commercial like Visine, YES! In fact you are only supposed to use Visine 2x a day.
