Stop using these products NOW. Find something else instead.

Trim your hair as it grows to take out the damaged part. Don't use rubber bands to hold it. Use cloth if you need to tie it back from your face. I used to braid my hair a lot and use rubber bands to hold it, and I had splits and breaks that even I didn't believe.

Drink lots of water and use vitamins. This will help your hair to grow back out healthy.
