from what i have found out no.
I think alot of companies now-a-days
dont wanna do that b-cuz of bad publicity.
Maybe there is a website that has a list of those who do or don't.
OH
just looked in these websites i just found..avon doesNOT also M.A.C& mary kay,&revlon
these DO,covergirl,maxfactor,clairol,loreal,oil of olay
I dont know yet how often these list are updated
I havent seen sephora yet on either list

yh they do... from what i know. i remember seing on one eyeshadow lid that it said animal testing is forbidenn or something like that
