NOOOO!!!! i work for cingular and our number one phone returned are complained about is lg. they have good features and look nice but they have the worst service out of all of them. do not get one!

It depends on what cell phone carrier. Sprint and Cingular have crappy LG phones. As far as I know Verizon has some good ones. In the past, I have never liked LG phones. They always have software problems and are pieces of crap. (I worked for Sprint and Cingular before)

The guy at BestBuy says the LG phones have better reception. Wer'e had 2 and they have both been good. Reception is better than with my kid's razr (both using Verizon). Perhaps problem with the LG phones with Cingular is Cingular and not the phones.

I too work for Cingular and have an LG CU320 phone and it works fine for me. The screen is large and the number keys are just the right size for me. Hope this helps.

I have Verizon and an LG phone. I think it's great, I've had it a long time and it has never given me any problems.

With any manufacture I would have to say they have their ups and downs. LG for some people are good, but others it is not. I would say they are ok, but it would not be my choice of phone.

yea theyre not that gr8 but my friend has it and he loves it. I have a razr and the razr beats the lg. on the razr u can store music, with cingular you can buy the lg cu500 which has a swivel cam, and can store music

I have had 2 and have found that the battery life is not so great. Standby time is only about a day sometimes just a few hours.

LG is the most worst sets ever.....My suggestion....:donot buy ne set of it.....

Nope had one and hated it returned it and got sony erricson . Real happy with sony erricson.
