OK Princess Adora was the ordinary girl and when she held aloft her sword and said "for the honour of Grey skull" she changed into She-Ra.
Her horse was called Spirit and when changed was called Swiftwind and become a unicorn!!, she referred to him as her "beloved steed"her other close friends included Lighthope, Madam Razz and Kowl
Prince Adam (He-man) and Princess Adora (She-ra) are also twins, Adam lives in Eternia and Adora lives in Etheria

Her horse was called Spirit in 'normal' form, and changed into the unicorn Swift Wind.
And I wish I could say I'd remembered this fascinating information, but I was more of a He-Man girl myself!
