Hi, I had the same problem...runs in my family. I have been using a corrective eye cream from a company called Arbonne. Within a week the circles were gone and I didn't look tired all the time anymore! I am so happy with the cream. You can check it out in their online catalog at http://www.wonderful.myarbonne.com I use the cream in their NutriMinC RE9 line. Good luck to you.

Another makeup technique to make your bags less noticable until some of those other things begin to work, would be white cream. Its a technique that we as makeup artists to hide bags and circle sunder the eyes. Just lightly put the white under the eyes and then put your regular makeup such as foundation and power over top.

for a quick solution, use under-eye concealer. Make sure it's a creamy formula (that's what I prefer) and is one shade lighter than your actual skin tone. PAT it on (don't use sweeping motions), make sure you apply it to the inner corner of your eye too, and apply loose powder on top to make it last. Another trick is to apply your blush to the apples of your cheeks (by smiling real big and using circular motions with your brush and blending toward the cheek bone). Good luck!
