What's the best product or way to clear hyperpigmentation?

Hydroquinone works the best. They sell it over the counter in a low strength, or you can ask you doctor for a prescription called Eldoquin Forte which is a higher strength.
Also try to stay out of the sun or use sunblock if you do go in the sun (even if you have dark skin).
If you are looking for natural method, you can try kojic acid which is extracted from a plant. It does not work as well, but it is not a chemical.

U can see a determalogist about that. That might be the best. Dermablend is a good makeup product. But to treat that you should see a doctor.
