That's what I'm reading it as. So, I think and assume you are a young teeny-bopper teenager, probably into girly things like shopping, talking on the phone, talking about boys... etc.

It's like all the letters in the alphabet fell in a random heap and I look at it confused. It may make sense to some people but I would think, Not here on earth
