Most women do not have breasts of equal size. However, if the difference in the size is large, it may be a risk factor for breast cancer. According to an article published in "Breast Cancer Research" recently, each 3.38 ounce increase in breast asymmetry predicts a 50% increase in breast cancer risk. In this study, 504 women were studied. The average asymmetry was 1.7 oz to 2.03 oz. and only one woman had exactly symmetrical breasts. The average breast size was 16.9 oz. The researchers have an ongoing study and they will be examining mammograms from 13,000 women who were free of breast cancer when they were entered in a study of menopause 25 years ago. The researchers will compare breast sizes in this group in women who did and did not develop breast cancer during the period of study.Estrogen effects breasts but logically it should have similar effects on both breasts and more research is being done on this.

Hi!
WOAH! Don't hit that panic button girl! Uneven breasts are common, especially during the growing stages. Sometimes these even themselves on their own, but other times, the doctor may need to intervene with additional hormones or surgery. It does not mean you have cancer, but I would see the doc about it anyway as such as large difference is slightly unusual.
Hope this helps!

Most people have one breast a little larger than the other. Just like feet. One is always a little bigger than the other.

Alot of women are asymmetrical (bigger on one side than the other). This does not cause cancer, however if they are quite noticeable and you are self conscience of it, I would suggest you talk with a plastic surgeon because something can be done.

unless you have plastic surgery then both your breast are the same size. we are all born with slight imperfection- such as one breast slightly larger, one finger or toe sl. bent or longer.
unless it really bothers you see a good qualified plastic surgeon or check first with your family physician.

It is perfectly normal for breasts to be different sizes. In fact, it's common.

No need to do anything about it.

you can make one bigger or one smaller it is your choice. But every woman is like that. But if it is really bad cancer could be the problem. Check for lumps.
