I am a 22 year old male and around Sunday, I got a big sore spot on right on my upper leg near my testicles. Its not exactlly on my testicles but on my upper leg near the connection. This started on my right lef/testicle now that went down a little bit and went to my left side. I had this when I was about 18 but went away quickly. Is this something bad? Should I put cream on the area?

Try putting triple antibiotic cream like Neosporin on it. It could be bleach used on your underwear so try finding a different cleaner if it is that or using less bleach. If it continues see the doctor who may find a reason and a permanent cure, It is good to know what is causing it in case it is something serious.

ummm im sorry to be the one to tell you this, but if it isnt pimple, then im sorry to say but you have an std, no joke. litteraly no joke, im not just an *** saying that. But litteraly go see a doc. even if it goes away, herpes will apear as sores. one or two at a time at first, then they go away and come back in more and more later.... Herpes appear all around the genital area, on the inner legs and all. Its called an "outbreak" some people get them once a year some people 20 times a year, some people once every 3 years. You need to see a doc before you spread this all around., Herpes can be spread even while not in an outbreak.

Hmmm it does sound worrying, it could be the fact you have a lose growth or cyst inside your testes that might need to be surgically removed as it could be doing harm to your system. I would see a doctor or a urologist as soon as possible.

Most likely genital warts (HPV). Get checked out. No doubt it is some kind of STD.
