Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes
...........it kick starts your metabolism.
I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables .......Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, diet soda. Or water.

Working out builds muscle, and muscle requires the most calories to operate, therefore your body burns more calories. You should also do some type of cardiovascular at least 3 times a week to raise your heart rate for 18 minutes or more each time. It's really not very healthy to lose more than a pound or so each week. As a rule, don't eat anything with a label.

It is possible, but it depends on your metabolism! If you feel it necessary consult a nutritionists. Working out does increase metabolism, but muscle weighs more than fat, swimming helps elongate the muscles and increase metabolism. Light weights and a lot of reps will help your endurance and not bulk your muscle. If you eat unhealthily, your better off not dieting at all, because even if you lose, you'll either gain it back quick or damage your thyroid and other organs, including the mechanisms that control hunger and digestion and metabolism.

Some people might lose 50 pounds in 4 months. Thats about 3 pounds a week for 17 weeks. Thats pushing it a little but doable. I don't know about 3 hours of exercise a day. That may be excessive. Many people could loose 3 pounds a week without doing that much exercise.

I work out 2 hours 5 days a week. You will lose body fat and slim way down, but you will also have a increase in you musle mass. Don't really worry about how much weight you are losing but how many inches you are losing. I was the same way work out alot try to lose weight but my personal trainer pointed out my body fat % went down 3% while i gained 1 pound. thats all that matters

KETCHUP would not could desire to be refrigerated. eating places bypass away ketchup out for prolonged sessions of time and fill up the bottles as they get low without refrigeration. The intense vinegar content retains it secure. in case you examine out the field you mustn't hit upon a "shop Refrigerated" observe on it. some quite affordable manufacturers could say refrigerate, yet one night isn't a difficulty. i could toss the Ranch. Dairy and mayonnaise are a micro organism's playground..... The bottle will say "shop Refrigerated". meaning if ignored over 4 hours... adios! just to be secure. I recommend in case you extremely can not locate the money for a clean bottle ... you are able to probability it, yet in any different case. Beside, each time you attempt to consume it you will no longer probably get exhilaration from it. you will purely be questioning.

there are sooo many factors involving this questions. are you on a high carb diet, a low carb, high protien diet, are you doing just cardio, are you lifting heavy weights or light weights with alot of reps. the end result will be a fantastic body with a small loss of weight because muscle weighs more than fat but who carers what you weigh...its what u see in the mirror and your health. good luck

Depends on the exersice...it's burning calories. You need to burn 3500 more calories than your body takes in to lose a pound. So, if you burn 500 calories a day for a week under what your calorie intake need is (maybe 1500-2000 calories), that's one pound.

I'm sure it would be possible. It varies depending on the person. Everyone looses weight differently.
