Pay it forward........... I t is about somebody doing something good for you and you paying it forward three times over. So if I give you $1000.00 I expect you to do something nice for three different people for no reason what so ever. You can do little things or big things it is up to you and when the people that you have helped asks you how can they repay you you say pay it forward. It can be as simple as helping someone change a tire or as big as giving a stranger a warm meal and a safe place to sleep for a night. Great movie everybody in the world should watch it.

A Beautiful Mind..................
I have a grown daughter who has border line personality disorder with episodes of schizophrenia and psychosis. Even though we had attended years of counseling and psychiatrists visits, I never truly understood what she goes through until I saw the movie. She too hates to take the meds and often does not. She answers phones when they are not ringing and answers the door when no one is there. She says things and then asks if she said them out loud.......
I always thought that part of her idiosyncrasies were to get attention. Now I know better.

When I think about movies that have been important to my life, I always think of Stealing Beauty. It really is kind of a coming of age story but italso taught me that finding yourself can happen at the weirdest and most unusual time and place, it also taught me that life is important to pay attention to and to alwyas remember to do whatever you can to make yourself happy as well as making the people around you happy. Its all about balance and not forgetting to think about yourself once and a while.

All movies left an impression on me, some good and bad. The latest flicks that left a great one is Little Miss Sunshine. It's pretty awesome! Miami Vice, however, left a bad taste on me ~

LOTR, Orig. Star Wars, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, and Lady in the Water. And all in a good way--they all made me remember that live is an adventure, and we all have a part to play. They also reminded me of how much I love good stories.

Life as a House
When a man (Kevin Kline) learns he is dying he sets out to fulfill his dream of building his own house. For help he turns to his estranged son (Hayden Christensen) and his ex-wife (Kristin Scott Thomas) in an attempt to salvage relationships with them before it's too late.
* we take things and people in our lives for granted all the time. this movie made me realize that we need to live each day as if it trully were the last one and we should love people for who they are and not for who we want them to be. Peace.
