There are some good answers to this question already. You could also do a feature on bullying, expressing your own opinion on the issue, and ask your readers for examples and what they think should be done about it.

Please use a spell checker. I don't know if it would have caught your "right" for "write" mistake, but hopefully it will minimize your mistakes. Also you are "on" not "in" the high school newspaper staff.

This is a literate world. We don't like to read stuff with errors like that. It detracts from what you are saying and places you in a negative light.

Firstly, I sincerely hope that when you WRITE your article, you use proper grammar and punctuation. Secondly, you would want to choose a thought-provoking topic (though I know most high school students don't really care. been there, done that) Something to make people go "hhhhmmmmm" Suitable topics would be anger management, drug and alcohol abuse (I remember high school), media and how it affects those around you... Try to get student opinions in the articel. Kids are more likely to read something where they are well represented.

first, if you are going to WRITE then spell it correctly in the paper. second, why don't you do an article on piercings (body and facial)? it is something you will get alot of opinions and thoughts about. you could put it in a one side for other side against format

what are your options? maybe could do something about the rising costs of going out, explain what employers are looking for in teenagers, give tips on how to prepare for SAT's or for after highschool grad, maybe give info concerning internet safety and phone safety in relation to the percentage of teen-agers ease of giving out personal info relating to friends ( or even personally) and some of the consequences.... hope these help

firstly watch your spelling write not right. I would interview students and ask if they could change anything in their life what would it be.I then would ask the teachers.It would be interesting if the generations looked at life the same.Good Luck. let me know what you decided
