The fact that they've been around the block a couple of times and have experienced life a touch more is interesting in itself. Also, and i'm generalizing here, woman over 30 tend to be a lot more mature about giving men space when they need it. One of the biggest turn offs, for me anyway, is when you want to hang with the guys or go off on your own, and your woman invites herself.

Her commitment to living for and serving Jesus Christ. She would have to be regularly attending church services (where I would have met her, of course.) She would be a person who would give of herself to serve others and the cause of evangelizing the world, like teaching a Sunday School class, singing in the choir, etc. She would be hospitable, allowing friends over to share fellowship and Bible study. She would also have to want to raise children.
