I have sensitive skin and I can not use many products, several cleansers even most of those for sensitive skin do not work for me. They either don't help at all or they make a situation worse. I have learned to use only Clearasil or Nuetrogena products and moisturizers because they work the best and do not burn either. This year I have been sticking to Neutrogena and having success at clear pretty skin. If you broke out, you were probably allergic to one of the ingredients in the cleanser or it was too strong. I broke out really bad from a facial mask that had mainly honey in it earlier this year, I knew it was the honey because I knew from experience I was able to use those made with ingredients like milk, aloe, or avocado.

Yes. Be patient though. Usually when you begin using a new product you will break out. The cleanser will bring to the surface all the crap in your pores, causing pimples. Most of the time, after about 4- 6 days you face will clear up.

There was this one face cleaner that I used and it was too strong for me and it caused my skin to become really dry and irritated.
