LOL wait till your daughter is 5 and then compare the attitude your just at the start of it - at this age their personalites start shining through - but they also act a little frustrated as they cant walk yet and cant quite tell you what they want you to know - I have a friend who taught her daughter sign language so that her baby could tell her what she wanted (like a drink etc) before she could talk and this helped reduce the frustration the baby was feeling.

It's definitely normal. When my daughter was three months old. She definitely had attitude. She was very strong and aware as a baby. She is now two years old and exactly the same way.
lol...

I am so certain that's possible I am 33 weeks and my son has attitude, he doesnt want me to eat what I want to eat, when he gets full he doesnt care if I dont feel full or not, if I continue to eat anything beyond him being full then I get sick that day. If I rub him he kicks me hard, if I say something about him to someone else it seems as though he knows and he kicks me really hard!

You're just projecting that on her. Babies have personality, but not contempt or the ability to express attitude.
They will cry when upset, regardless of how you handle it. They can pull hair and pinch and slap, but it doesnt mean its out of anger.
Babies get bored, and arent able to express themselves or really use their bodies. What they can do is often taken personaly by the parents, and because of that they project their own feelings into the childs behavior.

Definitely. Their little personalities shine through even earlier than that at times.
My son started to throw tantrums at maybe 3-4 months! It was hilarious. He'd ball up his little fists and make this noise... I wish I could describe it, but it was obvious he was upset and that was his way of showing it.
