Jay Baruchel in that new IHOP commercial(French Toast Fantasies breakfasts)?

I'm so sure that it's the same actor who played Don Johnson's sidekick in the short-lived WB Network drama "Barely Legal" and the short-lived Fox college comedy "Undeclared"(from three years ago...just watch carefully at the very end of that commercial, where the woman tells the waiter, "I love you!!!" , and he replies, "I know..."...that HAS to be Jay!!!

i thought i seen him before just didn't know his name i remembered the show
