You start with the drummer normally and lay the bass part of top then add the other instruments until you got everyone recorded then you mix it and finally it gets burn't onto cd.
You can record quiet well on your pc using sound recording software that allows you to record a track at a time.
I use a dedicated digital HD recorder but you can use Steinbergs Cubase to fully computerise the process.
Once it is recorded just stick a blank cd into your cd-r and you've got a record.

Some people, known as a group, get together and write a song, they perform the song, some people may sing others may play musical instruments. Before long, if they are any good, they will be signed to a record label who will release the song and, hey presto, there's your record.

By deciding that you were better at something than everyone else, for example if you can run really fast you might say that you hold the world record... you did mean that kind of record right?

if ur talking about vinyl records, they r made with vinyl cutters. its like a turntable with a kinda blade, instead of a needle.
