The main problem is due to something called the 'scratch-itch cycle', where you scratch around your anus because it is itching but this scratching breaks the skin slightly. This allows superficial inflammation and infection to occur which only makes the itch worse.

its when you dont wipe your but good enough after using the toilet,and you can also if a person has hemroids your anal can itch,also not taking a shower on a daily basis,also lot of stress depression,and food you eat, also what you drink,,like caffene,coffee ect,and health conditions,and theres also i.b.s, iritable bowel syndrom,also when a person sweats ,if a person does have hemroids ,they have hemroidal wipes you use after having a bowel movment

By not cleaning your behind just wiping doesn't work use a baby wipe to clean after the paper you'll feel the difference. It could be that you sweat there a lot too. Try cleaning it this way

men health magazine had an article about this and said that drinking lots of tea can cause thin in men.also rough toilet paper.try using those wet things they use on babies.like wetnaps
