If your Mom is 1/64 Cherokee and your Dad is 0 Cherokee then you will be 1/128. But if your Dad is a Full Cherokee then you would be 1/2 + 1/128 = 65/128 Cherokee. If your Dad is half Cherokee then you are 1/4 + 1/128 = 33/128 Cherokee. So could be from 1/128 to 65/128 Cherokee.

Maybe you're Part cherokee, but when you get into such small fractions how much does it really matter. I mean I think the tribe only recognises 1/32'nd blood to be part of the actual tribe and eligable for benifits.
But really Are you an Amercian? You're a Mutt just like the rest of us and that's a big part of what makes america great. it's our diversity. if you're only 1/128ths Cherokee, then you're likely a much larger percentage of some other culture. maybe Finnish? I dunno my point is that you should explore the diversity of all your nationalities rather than dwell on the idea that you may only belong to one group.
