Absolutely... I get the feeling my blood's rushing through my veins and I have this urge to throw something away or break something, or scream... and then I finally untangle the stupid knot and feel a lot better. Such a small thing to get upset for.

Necklace chains are the worst! Fishing line, I'll just cut it. Shoelaces aren't too bad usually. It's the necklace chains that always make me want to tear out my hair.

Yes it does and I work in a place that sells fabric and cording and such so you can imagine how much knotted up stuff comes into my life.
One day we had about 100 meters of cotton cable cord get tangled when someone found the end of the roll and pulled it all out together. This will "knit" the cord together. I joked that we should go get some shellac, dip it in and sell it as modern art. No one took me seriously but we had a good laugh.

I actually enjoy it. It's totally mind-numbing, but a challenge at the same time. Tedium can be your friend!

That and you can really brighten someone's day when you are able to untangle a necklace they haven't been able to wear in ages. There's much to be said for the simple things in life...and patience.

Oh my god, yes! My cat has this string she plays with, and I don't know how she does it, but it gets tangled beyond belief; I was actually just trying to sort it out a few minutes ago and threw it away in frustration.

How about bubble gum in a five year old's hair. Beautiful long blonde hair....I struggled with that for the longest time. I could not bring myself to just cut it out....

Nope, not at all, because I know I will eventually get it untangled.
