I heard that when you get any surgery done especially those, that you have to keep going back for them to check it or sometimes fix it..but its always have to go back for a follow up surgery? Is that true? Thanks a lot :)

A few of my friends have had boob jobs and they will have to go back in about 10 years (just depends) to get them redone. They will start to sag, or the implant I think can get old. I thought about getting them done myself, but after I heard that, I decided not to. Plus, I scared myself doing research on it with all the terrible stories. : )

Breast implants are not made to last a lifetime. Twenty years is the limit on them, so yes, depending on your age you will have to have them replaced somewhere between 10 and 20 years or anytime before that if you develop a problem or want a revision of some sort (i.e. larger, smaller, higher, etc). A nose job does not require additional surgery to maintain it.

You go back for the breasts to see how the implants are doing, but not with a nose job, after the initial follow up from the operation

You don't need additional surgeries unless something goes wrong. You should always have regular check ups with a dr that is aware of your surgery.

after surgery a person have to be more carefull about that part no matter what part is it, so even after surgery a person have to go back

i had breast augmentation oct 1998 - i'll only need to go back if i want to get them done again - so far i don't. :-D
