Is there a way out (Loop hole) to the general Vending Company Contract?
Really need some help here. Thanks!

Probably not, unless the company misrepresented itself. I would contact an attorney on this one, have them go over the contract for you.

Contracts are hard to get out of to be sure. Can you talk to the company you have a contract with and try to work things out so you can cancel the contract? Good luck to you.

Anything is possible in California. Maybe the judge will not know what the meaning of "is" is.
