I tried that sometime ago, but i actually found out that if you try it backwards (having the number and then finding the owner´s name and address) is a lot easier. Phone companies in some states are obligated by law to publish an updated list of their customers and their latest calls. (you have to request them by law). This is a common practice in police and private investigations.

Why don't you phone them and ask them their number- Doh! lol

It would be great if some one produced a mobile phone directory all though it would have to be enormous and could only be managed on line really. People could opt for ex directory and could be sectioned into regional areas of the entrants billing address the to make it easier.

I dont think so but sometimes Home numbers will show up if you simply type the number in....I've tried that a lot on google. I tried it with my home number and I found that my number used to be a biz number for some random company which explained why I was getting alot of wrong numbers.
